Culture for Change Network's Open Call for Legal Cooperation on Privacy Policy (GDPR)

The Culture for Change Network is looking for an independent legal or legal firm to commission a legal support project on issues related to:

• The personal data protection (GDPR)
• The formulation and/or revision of the Privacy Policyof the carrier
• The legal advice on actions involving the collection, storage and processing of personal data
• Organization of open trainingfor all Network members on key issues of compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), with case study CForC
  
  

Subject of Cooperation
The cooperation will concern:

• Assessment of existing policiesof the Network
• Support in creating or updating the Privacy Policythe organisation and its individual projects/actions
• Drafting of consent documentswhere required
• Formulation of practices collection, management, data protection in internal processes and data collection forms
• Suggestions for communication through the website platform/management of Social Networks
• Formulation of management policy CVs and contracts
  
  

Duration of Cooperation

Cooperation is planned to last three (3) months from the date of its commencement, as agreed between the two Parties.

Profiles of Candidates

The partner or legal team should have:

• Proven experience in data protection and GDPR
• Good knowledge of the field of civil society
• Ability to communicate and transfer legal information to the public without legal knowledge
