Culture for Change, represented by Sonia Dova, Network Admin, participated in Annual General Meetingof European Network of Cultural Centres (ENCC), which took place online for members on May 20, 2025.

The annual budget of the network as well as the Strategic Planning 2021—2025 were presented at the Assembly. The assembly was a lively field of dialogue and democratic participation, where members had the opportunity to express their thoughts, formulate proposals and vote on the items on the agenda. All decisions were taken collectively, with transparency and equal representation, highlighting the democratic functioning of the network. At the same time, through interactive consultation tools, members were given the opportunity to actively contribute to shaping ENCC priorities and policies for the coming period.

The Culture for Change, as a member of the ENCC, monitors and actively participates in the processes of the ENCC network, with the aim of strengthening interconnection, participation and cultural equity. Through our observation and participation in the ENCC, as a network we learn and adopt good governance practices and participatory models, which enrich the methods and tools of participation and empowerment within our network and, by extension, strengthen the work and role of our members in Civil Society.
